How to replace a product ?

You have noticed that another product suits you better than the one you ordered? No problem! We
are at your disposal for all your doubts.

What should I do first when I need to replace a product?

Contact us! Through our social media, email (, or phone number
+38591/2345-446, inform us about the items you want to replace, and we will note your
replacement request.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and doubts.

Do I have any replacement costs?

The replacement cost is €4.65. You are required to make the payment to the company’s account:

If you have replaced the product with a more expensive one, we will issue an invoice for the price
difference after you contact us with the replacement request.
Once we receive confirmation of the replacement cost payment, we will promptly proceed to
prepare a new package for you!

Do I need to send the package?

You don’t have to do anything, our delivery service will take care of everything for you!
We will send you the requested item, and when the delivery person brings it to your door, you just
need to hand them the package with the item you want to replace.
The package should be properly packed to avoid any damage. *

Are there any special conditions for replacement?

The only conditions are that the item has not been worn or washed.
Also, in the case where we made modifications based on your preferences and measurements,
unfortunately, we cannot replace it as it is personalized for you.

What is the deadline for replacement?

You must notify us of the replacement within 14 days of delivery.
